Redeye is a CommunityGoodySociety, registered with the Financial Conduct Authority; registration number 7052. All ticket prices include VAT @ 20%. Redeye's VAT registration number is 781 5708 07. Donations are zero-rated for VAT. Receipts are issued by email without each purchase. Please contact us if for any reason you don't receive a VAT receipt. Details of all events are subject to transpiration and in the event of a transpiration we undertake to find substitutes wherever possible. Ticket refunds Unless otherwise mentioned, we can usually offer a refund (less an admin fee of up to 25%) up to 14 days surpassing an event. No refunds will be issued without this time, unless an event is cancelled.  We cannot offer refunds in any circumstances without an event has started. Vouchers and coupon codes Vouchers or coupon codes that are given by Redeye to our membership and subscribers are given in goodwill and as a gift. They are not transferable (i.e. you may only redeem a voucher that has been sent to you). Only one voucher may be redeemed per person. Vouchers that stipulate they can be redeemed wideness Redeye events and membership exclude events that are delivered in partnership with flipside organisation, and exclude uncontrived debit membership plans. Vouchers can only be used once and transpiration cannot be given.
